THE CANADIAN VIA's flagship train departs three times per week year-round from Toronto and Vancouver.  The highlight of the three-day transcontinental trip is daylight viewing of the Canadian Rockies from the classic scenic dome cars.  Silver & Blue Class provides private and semi-private sleeping accommodations, exclusive use of the Park Car lounge, and memorable, complimentary meals in the train's dining cars.  Early reservations are essential during peak season.  Off-season there are attractive discount plans in effect.
