AMERICAN EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL RATE DESK is staffed by a group of 28 highly-trained international tariff experts.  Through their extensive knowledge of international fare structures, the Rate Desk provides our clients with the lowest authorized fare available when booking a complex international itinerary.

WORLDWIDE CUSTOMER CARE As a customer of Gateway Travel, you can count on assistance throughout your journey at any one of the over 1,700 American Express Travel Services locations in more than 130 countries.  If something unexpected comes up, feel comfortable knowing that friendly English-speaking assistance is available to you free of office charges.  Services include reconfirmation of airline tickets, airline flight rescheduling, hotel and car reservations.

REPORTS can be provided to your firm by Gateway Travel, with regularly-scheduled management information reports, detailing airline, car and hotel usage.  Reports can be organized by traveler and grouped by department.
